Deal or no deal?

Taking on new members of staff can be exciting.

Such people may be able to help boost your company and their new perspective might help your firm to run as effectively as possible.

However, making that final decision concerning who will get the role can be daunting. Once you have made that all important deal, you will have to live with the consequences, at least for a while.
